CHARGING
You can use the cord we included in the package or any other low-powered USB-C charger. Please avoid using Lightning Chargers or Apple Chargers. Once fully charged, the LED will glow green. A full charge lasts approximately 70 hours.

TURNING IT ON/OFF
To turn off your One, lay it flat with either side, and the internal sensor will turn it off after ~3 seconds. To turn it on, just pick it up and it will begin cycling through all the frequencies programmed into The One. You can also choose a specific frequency: hold the device flat and gently tap it anywhere on the case.

WEARING IT
Adjust the length of the necklace by untying the loop, and re-tying it at the right length for you. There's really no right or wrong length, as long as you’re comfortable. Just slip it on like a pendant and wear it as long as you want! Take a moment to connect with yourself and set an intention for how you want to feel.
