Refund Policy

All returns must include the following or they will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:

  • Product purchased from The One device.
  • All return requests for refund or replacement can be submitted via email to support@https://theonedevice.com/ with valid return reasons selected within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the order.
  • The return process will be provided for eligible orders. This process is to be completed within 5 days of receiving the steps. The tracking number to your return should be sent to us to finish the return process.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:

  • All return or replacement requests will be processed after the returned item is received by The One Device Fulfillment Team.
  • Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date.
  • All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses such as shipping fees and customs fees. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
  • The customer is required to ship the returned products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent the product from physically damaging during return transportation or the customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result in the return being rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by The One device
  • Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in acceptable conditions in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the mode of payment used for the original purchase.
  • A refund will be issued after our fulfillment team receives, inspects, and processes your return. The One device will refund back to your method of payment.
  • In the event a returned product is defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost, and the return shipping cost initially covered by The One device will instead be deducted from the refund amount.
