I have had mine for about 10 days and wear it everyday and hang it by my pillow at night. I felt the effects around the second day, and it continues to improve each day. FWIW, I got mine a few days ago and I can definitely feel it. About 3 months ago I got the Sonic Slider tuning fork made by Biofield Tuning and it changed my life very quickly. When I got that, the facebook algorithm flooded my feed with all kinds of products in the realm of sound and vibration healing. Out of all of them, The One Device looked the most intriguing. I also wanted to expand as the Sonic Slider is based on Shumann and I was starting to read about The Solfeggio Tones. I don't know exactly what this device is doing to me but it doesn't seem bad. One observation I can share is when I vibrate the Sonic Slider and put the base on my heart chakra, I can instantly feel pressure in the top of my head. The One Device gives me a similar feeling of pressure in the top of my head, but not continuous, so I don't know which tone is doing that as it cycles through them. My point is that this thing is Legit and is doing what they claim it is doing. I can Feel it! So far it's been a great addition to my repertoire along with the Sonic Slider.

The difference in the indicators is very well visible if you track the indicators before and after through ouraring. My husband and I have such pendants and even without ouraring on the first day of wearing, we have already felt the difference in well-being in the better side. Day 1-2 using one device improved sleep 1st and 2nd day. Been focusing on blue, red, quartz and violet for now. Sleep setting seems to have an effect as my wife woke up and said "I had the best sleep last night" I didn't tell her about the device setting. Too soon to confirm but def took notice on sleep right away. Day 3-4 ok.... getting clearer effects experienced waves of emotion during internal reflecting noticeable when at a restaurant outing... my vibes were buzzing engagements were consistent almost magnetic. Overwhelming confidence and sense of peace during the night out. Worth noting the week of purchase I was 6 weeks in working out 5 times weekly eating clean juicing and taking natural supplements (chlorella, zinc tumeric etc). I think this helps but I've been more focused on sticking to goals (didn't cheat or have the urge to for cheat meal during a night out bday party). Strong sense of wanting to get goals done. Float Tank / Float Therapy Must Have I became intrigued after hearing your appearance on Sean McCormick’s Optimal Performance podcast. When I later saw Sean wearing it, I reached out to ask how he liked it. His response was simple: “Get it.” I’ve been using it for about a month now. The effect is subtle, but noticeable from the moment you put the necklace on. Wearing it feels very intentional—almost like part of a personal practice. If you’ve ever done a float (sensory deprivation), it gives me a similar post-float glow. Placing it on my bedpost at night also seems to support much better sleep for me. I am having a profound Kundalini awakening. I usually have them at night frequently and they become very violent but subside when I fall asleep. They occasionally occur during the day in deeper states of meditation. As soon as I put on the one I felt the vibrations. My ajna chakra became more vibrant and when I fell asleep I saw much more vividly and was able to remember my dreams much more clearly. When I woke up I felt an almost metalic taste in my mouth which hasnt left. It's like tasting batteries. Then, before I went to sleep for a nap today I felt my root chakra open and a current of kundalini flow that has not stopped. I feel pure bliss, pure ecstacy. I have had energy openings before but they were usually impermanent save a few. This is a profound inner shift. I am sure my kundalini will permanently activate now throughout the day and night. I'm feeling an even more expanded state of consciousness. I have had to change the 963 hz to all the frequencies because it was too much kundalini. Even now after switching it, instead of having a violent storm of kundalini, it is a steady blaze, intensifying more and more through time. I still feel electricity in my mouth and my root chakra now feels like a universe. My whole body is full of light and my mind is dead. My heart is open, all chakras are aligned and are on fire. My head is like a crown of space and I am electric. I am empty like the sky, full and calm like the ocean, yet like 1000 blazing suns. I am inexplicable, ineffable and uncontrollable. Unending, undying and unborn. I am so happy I don't know what to do with myself. Quite literally, I am wondering how I am going to function with my kundalini being fully activated all the time. It was already partially activated before, but now I am anchoring in universal energy consciously and continuously into the physical plane. I have become a veritable conduit of God.
