We stand behind the quality and performance of our product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist you with the return process in accordance with the terms outlined below.
90 Day Return Policy
You may return your OneDevice unit within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price.
Refund Requirements:

The purchase must have been made directly on theonedevice.com

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in its original packaging

All components, accessories, and inserts must be included

The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Engraved Devices
Devices that have been engraved are considered customized items and cannot be resold.

Engraved devices are not eligible for a full refund.

If a return is approved, the refund will exclude the engraving fee and any applicable shipping costs.

Items must still be returned in original condition and meet all return requirements listed above.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or defective.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Accessories such as necklaces or other add-ons.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Returns Management Team.

Make sure to include your Order Number and the Full Name used on the order for verification.

Once confirmed, our team will provide detailed return instructions.

Please do not send your product back without first receiving return instructions.

Once your return is shipped, provide us with the tracking number so we can complete the return process efficiently.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account or card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Replacement Requests
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please report it within three (3) calendar days of delivery.

To help us verify any issue, we may ask for photos or videos of the damaged or faulty item.

Once the issue is confirmed, we ask that the item be shipped back to us.

Replacements will be processed after our team inspects the returned item and verifies the reported issue.
