OneDevice combines three approaches that have each been studied on their own for years. The research below is on these general methods, not on OneDevice itself. It explains the principles the device is built on.
Photobiomodulation
OneDevice emits gentle near infrared and visible light. Photobiomodulation is the study of how specific wavelengths of low level light interact with the body. It has been explored for relaxation, recovery, and general wellbeing.

Vibroacoustic therapy
OneDevice plays specific sound frequencies, including the Solfeggio tones. Vibroacoustic and sound based approaches have been studied for calm, stress relief, and relaxation.

Frequency and resonance
OneDevice is built around the idea that the body responds to specific frequencies. This is the least established of the three areas, and research is still emerging. We include it because it is part of how the device is designed, and we are honest that the evidence here is early.

Our own research
We do not only point to the science behind our methods. We also study OneDevice itself.
In our Insights Program pilot study, 74 OneDevice users completed a stress survey and a wellbeing survey before they started, then again after at least a week of regular use. 88 percent reported less stress, and every wellbeing area improved. Because everyone used the device and there was no separate comparison group, these self reported results show a strong association, not proof of cause.
What comes next
This pilot is a first step. We now have ongoing studies under independent ethical review (IRB), designed with a control group and standardized, validated instruments, and tracking several measures including heart rate variability (HRV) alongside self-reported wellbeing. We will publish the results regardless of the outcome. We believe in showing our work honestly, including where the evidence is still developing.
