I have been wearing mine for a few months now. I can't express in words the depth of the changes that The One has made for my entire being and my quality of life. I've been using The One for a few months now. It's a decent product. It feels high quality, and the design is nice. As for the effects, they're kind of hit or miss for me. Some days I think it helps me focus, other days I don't notice much difference. For the price, I was expecting something more obvious.
