This guide is for customers who have already been measured and received their programmed device. Six simple steps, from first charge to daily wear.
Download, print, or save it to your phone. Keep it with your device for charging times, Personal Frequency Mode, and care instructions.
Charging takes 2–3 hours — the LED blinks red while charging and turns green when full, lasting up to 90 hours. Wear it as a pendant, or keep it near you through the day.
On start-up it runs its default rotation, then four ascending cycles of your personal frequency — base, one, two, and three octaves higher — shown by the white light, looping automatically.
Hold the device horizontally and tap once at a time to set a single Solfeggio frequency; tap until you return to Default Mode. Water resistant, not waterproof — take it off before showering.
What is Bio-Tuning®
