The OneDevice Pilot Study
In our pilot study, 88% reported less stress.
Seventy four OneDevice users completed two short wellbeing surveys, one before they started and one after at least a week of regular use. This is what changed.
A before and after pilot study of 74 real users. Self reported, updated July 2026.
01
We wanted an honest read on how people feel with OneDevice, so we ran a pilot study. Seventy four real users completed two short surveys, one at sign up and one after using the device regularly for at least a week. A six item survey measured stress, and a ten item survey measured everyday wellbeing across sleep, energy, emotional regulation, and physical calm. Because each person was compared with their own starting point, this is a genuine before and after look, not a one time snapshot.
02
Share of participants who improved from their own starting point, before versus after.
Improved in overall wellbeing
Reported more daytime energy
Reported more physical calm
Improved emotional regulation
Reported better sleep
Reported less stress
Based on 74 paired participants, before and after regular use.
03
What the study found.
Every domain improved from baseline. Based on 74 paired participants.

04
We asked participants how much OneDevice contributed to the changes they felt, on a scale of 0 to 5. 73% rated it 3 or higher, and 92% used the device daily during the study. That is the difference between “I felt better” and “I felt better, and I believe this is part of why.”
Based on 74 paired participants.
05
In their words
“Calmness, ease, focus, and feeling more positive.”
“Overall calmness that builds gradually over weeks.”
“Calmness, easier to focus, clear mind.”
“Feel more present, and self talk is quieter.”
“When I first got it I had a really phenomenal night. I felt really good and relaxed.”

How we measured this
This was a before and after pilot study of 74 OneDevice users. Each person completed a short stress survey and a wellbeing survey at sign up, then again after at least a week of regular use, so everyone was compared with their own starting point. Every domain improved, and the results held up as statistically significant on two separate tests. Because everyone used the device and there was no separate comparison group, these findings show a strong association, not proof of cause. The surveys are self reported and were adapted for user experience, not clinical diagnosis. The study was voluntary and is not IRB approved, and no adverse effects were reported. We are using these results to design a larger, controlled study.
